At Abbey Wharf we pride ourselves on the excellent level of service and the quality of the food and drinks we serve. All our meals are cooked to order, by our trained chefs, ensuring our guests all enjoy a meal to remember.
We are proud to use local suppliers as supporting other local businesses is important to us. Our main supplier of fish is Lockers of Whitby who have Whitby registered boats and process their fish in Whitby delivering to us daily, so the fish we serve is always fresh and never frozen. All of our meat comes from Landers of Whitby who hang all our steaks for 21 days.

We are currently extremely busy and have a shortage of staff so may be running a limited menu which differs from the below.

Our main feature is Whitby's First Synergy Grill. This award-winning grill is capable of reaching temperatures of up to 500°c ensuring meat is kept succulent and moist during cooking. All our steaks come from Landers of Whitby and are 21 day aged to give the best flavour and tenderness.

From The Sea
We use our special family recipe home-made batter to deliver what we consider the best Fish & Chips in Whitby. We fry in beef dripping apart from our vegetarian and gluten free dishes which are fried in vegetable oil, a gluten free batter is also available if required, just ask your server.
Our fish has had the bones removed but we cannot guarantee 100% bone free so please be careful.
